A live wedding slideshow, straight from your guests' phones
Guests scan your album QR code and upload their photos. Approved, processed photos join the live slideshow on the reception screen while you celebrate. Use a connected laptop, TV or projector and test the venue setup beforehand.

How the slideshow at a wedding actually runs itself
Guests scan and snap
Guests scan the album QR code, enter their name and upload photos in their browser. They do not need to install an app or create an account; taking a photo alone does not upload it.
The screen updates live
Processed, approved photos join the slideshow with the uploader's name. The player checks for new photos every 15 seconds and rotates slides every seven seconds; connection and processing times vary.
Play it on any screen
Join the album on the screen device's browser, then open the slideshow there. A laptop connected to a TV or projector by HDMI is a practical option. Keep the browser online and the device awake.
A venue checklist for your live wedding slideshow
Run a short rehearsal on the actual screen and Wi-Fi. A successful upload on your phone does not check the display device, gallery access or venue connection.

Choose the display device
Use a laptop with a current browser connected to the TV or projector by HDMI, or test the TV's own browser. Check the screen input, power supply and picture size. Keep the device awake and turn off notifications before the reception.
Join the album on that browser
Open your wedding's guest link on the display device and join with a name, then open the slideshow in the same browser. A guest session on your phone does not sign in the venue laptop. If the gallery is hidden or its reveal time is still in the future, guest access will not show the photos yet.
Test the whole upload-to-screen journey
Scan the printed album QR code on a second phone, enter a guest name and upload a test photo. Wait for processing and approval if moderation is enabled. The player checks for new photos every 15 seconds; uploading, processing and the slide rotation add time, so appearance is not instant.
Check connectivity and have a fallback
The display device needs internet to fetch new photos, and guests need a connection to upload them. Test the venue Wi-Fi where the screen will stand, including any sign-in page. Keep the guest link ready to resend after the wedding if reception is poor; do not rely on the slideshow as an offline presentation.
Agree on what goes on the screen
The slideshow rotates photos, not videos, and plays no music. Let the DJ handle the soundtrack. Assign someone to approve uploads if moderation is enabled, check the album's gallery visibility and reveal time, and rehearse those settings before the room fills.
The slideshow is included with Standard and Premium. Photo counts are unlimited within the plan's storage allowance: 2 GB for Standard or 5 GB for Premium. Hosting lasts one year or three years respectively; download your originals before it ends.

Wedding slideshow songs that carry the room
The slideshow displays photos without audio. Choose music separately with your DJ or venue, and try the combination during your screen rehearsal. These song ideas can help you choose the mood.
For the emotional stretch
Dinner winding down, the room quiet, childhood photos up.
Can't Help Falling in Love — Elvis Presley · A Thousand Years — Christina Perri · All of Me — John Legend · Perfect — Ed Sheeran
For the party hours
When the slideshow is showing photos taken twenty minutes ago.
September — Earth, Wind & Fire · I Wanna Dance with Somebody — Whitney Houston · Uptown Funk — Mark Ronson ft. Bruno Mars · Dancing Queen — ABBA
For the background
Cocktails and dinner, when the screen is ambience, not the show.
Fly Me to the Moon — Frank Sinatra · La Vie en rose — Édith Piaf · Better Together — Jack Johnson · Golden — Harry Styles
Skip the wedding slideshow template
Template slideshows are built the week before from the photos you already have. A live slideshow is built during the wedding from the photos being taken — nothing to design, time or export.
Nothing to build
No PowerPoint, no video editor, no drag-and-drop timeline. The slideshow assembles itself from your guests' uploads, beautifully framed on a dark stage.
Photos from that same hour
The biggest laugh of the night is seeing a photo from the ceremony on screen at dinner. A pre-made template can never show tonight.
The screen recruits photos
A QR code sits in the corner of the slideshow itself — guests see the wall, want their shot on it, and scan. The screen feeds the album that feeds the screen.
Live wedding slideshow — FAQs
Everything couples ask before putting the night on screen.
On the venue laptop or TV browser, open the guest album link, join with a name, then open the slideshow in that same browser. Connect the laptop to a TV or projector if needed. Check gallery visibility, reveal time, internet and sleep settings, and upload a test photo before guests arrive.
